Little Hans the Chocolate Maker was the first character to sponsor Nestle's Quik. He was later bounced out by the Quik Rabbit, who hopped across Nestle's TV commercials during the 1970's. The rabbit image was chosen to help the company get across the message that Quik was quick to make and fun to drink. Since then, the rabbit has developed a life of his own and become one of the most well-loved characters in TV advertising today.
