The earliest Miss Curity dolls were made by Ideal, and came with real first-aid kits, complete with bandages, scissors, tape, a toy thermometer, and a "Little Nurse's Handbook."
This 19-inch plastic doll was made in the 1950s as a counter display for drug stores. Miss Curity's name is printed on her front pocket and her starched white nurse's cap.
